Room was really good. Basic amenities were there. Tissue box and dustbin in room should have been there. What really spoiled our stay was food. We ordered chicken dum biryani. Chicken was so dry and hard. It had a really bad smell. Clearly chicken was several days old and kept in deep freezer. Rice in biryani was hard and uncooked. It didn't even tasted like biryani. To be honest, it wasn't even pulav. And price was rs. 550. Overpriced and stale food. Really bad overall experience just due to food. Why have policy of 'No outside food allowed' and then serve worst food in your restaurant. Hope this review is taken seriously and food quality and price is improved big time.

It was a nice stay at Sakura, location is good and in the middle of the city. Many offices are nearby even at walkable distance. I would definately recommend to my colleagues in future and I have locked it permanently for my future stays.Food was also good, variety was there in breakfast. Service was quick and staff was very polite and cooperative.

Room is ok but blanket and Bed both are small I have asked the receptionist for the room change but he denied by saying we dont have any room available I am surprised how this hotel have this much good review. This is my last visit for this hotel

Excellent hotel. Great serviceThe room was very spacious, clean, and had the amenities we needed. Breakfast was delicious and with many choices; it was a very wide buffet spread. The people in the reception were very helpful

This hotel is simply amazing! The swimming pool is fantastic, and the staff at the reception are incredibly friendly. We loved the delicious Alu Parata served at the restaurant. Highly recommended!
