I would like to share my experience about this hotel. I find it good however the room which was allocated to me had AC issue. The AC was not at all working, it was out of the order room which was assigned by the reception staff to me. Upon complaining about the AC issue, they had changed the room. When we went inside the room we found that the room was not in use for a long time. We had faced the stinky smell issue. We asked the housekeeping staff to put the room freshener. That's my experience for this hotel. It was my first visit to this hotel. Apart from this it was a decent hotel. I would request the hotel staff to be more cautious before giving room to any guest.

experience was not that good as compared to the ratings given. rooms were not properly cleaned. cockroach were moving. one of the worst thing was their service - i had to call for 3 times to the reception to give me water bottles to the room. they were so unresponsive. further, they had booked many rooms for a company, so sometimes when i asked for a service, their reply was - team is in hall for the conference. food was good. breakfast was alao good. on the whole it was 3/5 at mad

Good hotel with super staffs. The breakfast buffet spread is nice. The staff are prompt, attentive and hardworking. Overall a nice affordable hotel away from the crowd and chaos. The staff are very nice. The amenities work properly and if there are any issues, staff try to help out as much as they can.

Not a good option to stay. rated it a 3 star hotel, but it's not even worth 1 star. The room had so many cockroaches all round. Though size of the rooms is okay but rest everything seems like it was locked for years. Mattresses to washrooms; everything was stinking. Not recommended.

-ve :- bedsheets having several stains, shink dirty water is coming out .staff behavior is rude ,i told to change bedsheet but didnt response, in hotel menu they mentioned water bottle at MRP but take 10 rs extra .+ve :- only location is great .
