it is a budget hotel they need keep an eye on cleanliness of the room and maintenance of the property. there was hair all over the place even in there drawer also, blanket cover has also stain on it no proper running water in washbasin. no exhaust fan in washroom. i didn't like the property but the main thing is the approach to mall road and lift which is good.

The hotel is a good one. Not an excellent property. But it is beside the tourist lift and the mall road starts from this property. So very convinient to mall and other tourist attractions of Shimla. The behaviour of hotel staff is good. There are many shops and restaurants nereby. The hotel also provides food in rooms.

I have booked this hotel for 3 days with all food and I have selected the premium deluxe room but when I visit the hotel its totally different what they are showing. The food was good as per the rates but the rooms are not good. I do not recommend this hotel to any one. However the hotel location was good.

Room ka fan kharab tha 24 ghante baad dusra fan laye to use deewar per lagane ke bajaye table per rakh diya, Samaan uthane aaye coolie se jabardasti dharmik naare lagwa rahe the aur us per hans rahe the. Bahut horrible tha ye sab Complimentry breakfast bhi nahi hai

amazing hotel with hills view and good thing is near to church very reasonable price on the mall road 🛣️ i stay 2 days with amazing experience and also cooperative staff with helping nature im happy samrat hotel's staff ... good location....

rooms were too small, nothing like what is shown in the pictures. we only ordered with special instructions but after tasting that tea we didn't have the guts to order something else.room is too costly according to the room size.

very neat and clean rooms. 24 hours hot water available for drinking and bathing. location very close to mall road and lift to mall road. and also near to jakhu temple lift. 1.5 km from shimla railway station.

only location is good.room is very small.room was smelling very badly. room was small like a bathroom.only one advantage, it is on mall road.no lift is there in hotel.costly rooms. don't go for it.

Rooms are clean, the only problem is no lift and I had to climb 4 floors. The staff is very good and cooperative as well. The property is in a prime location and the view is excellent.

Nice location. but sagged pillow and mattress, tangled tv wiring in front of you is very irritating, no lift but not issue with me. cleanliness OK. staff stares too much OK

The location of the hotel was prime, located infront of lift on the mall road. The only drawback was room and washroom were very small and the food served was average.

Hotel's location is great but the service is not great. There was power cut again and again because of which we faced a lot of problems. Food is also average.
