Well to start with..even 1 star is too generous for this place..This place is nothing more than a paharganj/ any railway station kinda shady lodge or Dharamshala..it's fair market value should not be more than 2k a night at maximum let alone four times what we paid for this!The rooms are smelly, damp and walls were literally sweating with moisture..no heat or blower or anything in 4 degrees Delhi winters. The beds are cheap coir mattresses which can be used as a bounce toy in some amusement parks...There is no eating place inside the hotel and the staff will con you in inflating bills on most basic items like tea and water. The staff are kind of ok but just like most of the shady hotels; the staff are paid even less than minimum wages for a twelve hour shift.its a hotel in a Gali(narrow lane).Unless there is a life and death crisis and no other roof to pass the night in Delhi then please AVOID this place like disease!

The hotel has been recently renovated and the rooms are clean. I booked for a classic room however, later requested for a room with a balcony/view. Please do not go for an upgrade at an extra cost because the balcony is not worth it. It was dirty and full of pigeon poop and dead night light insects. was really really a waste of money. Wi-Fi reception was not strong at all in the room allocated to us. Food was good. They were gracious enough to deliver food deliveries to the room. Support staff was courteous and fine too. Laundry charges are over the roof, although they were supporting 4 hour delivery. The male receptionist was sweet but mansplaining too much.On the day of leaving, I saw the receptionist denying booking to a guest, They'd want you to make the payments in cash than card/UPI.It was a okay experience.

The hotel is a new property & rooms have decent furniture, service was also fine. You can go ahead with booking @ 3000 approx including GST. Note: The Hotel says it has 3 categories of Room Types however I saw a few rooms before checking in & found that almost all rooms were of similar size but charges were different, this was a bit confusing.

Really happy with everything here, the rooms, bathrooms, service are great, the food is really excellent and reasonably priced, seriously you won't have to go out to eat. Room service was great too. This was significantly better than what it seemed like

Nice stay experience at the hotel specially premium room was spacious and with all amenities and services was good even food quality was good overall nice and comfort stay would recommend for family in budget.

Hotel is very clean & staff is also very good but food quality is very poor . I ordered kadahi paneer and paneer quality very poor like rabar.. I would like to stay again but improve your food quality....
