Hotel is located exactly on Arambol beach thus giving ample time to enjoy on beach.Though the price seems a bit high but at the same time they provide mini refrigerator and oven which is nice thing .Room along with bathroom is well maintained.Only issue is,it is approx 1.5 km from arambol bus stand and from there it is difficult to find rikshaw. So you have to travel by your feet and this is something really difficult in summer season...Recommended for couples.

On the beach rooms, very neat and clean, very safe, night walk at beach is just amazing. Anyway you are not gonna stay at room whole day so..Don't waste your money on costly resorts, this you will get for very low price but more than value for money. Highly recommend it just go for it. Foods also so good

Rooms are clean Location is good. Check in time is 2PM thats not ok but they gave me room 12.30 no problem. Wifi is not working properly in the room

amazing resort well maintained rooms staff is very friendly best thing is u can just walk to the beach from the resort. food is also very good.

Mosquito infested rooms. Water dried up while in the bathroom in the morning. Overpriced. Undertrained staff.
