It's a good hotel with nice people & great hospitality. Staff here, specially mentioning Mr.Salim, Mr.Md Raza & Mr.Sohail were always smiling & provided service as requested. They have another property called Sanderling Resort near Gymkhana club, which is very near to Mall road. The hotel is in a narrow lane with no traffic coming,cabs will pick-up or drop you at some near point like Chowk Bazar Bata or Mohit lines taxi stand. Someone from hotel will pick you up from there. Location is 2-3 minutes from Chowk Bazar & close to Rink Mall. Darjeeling mall road is approx. 12-15 mins walking along steep road. Rooms & toilet are very clean with electric kettles and tea/coffee makinh options present. Room heaters come with additional cost. 2 types of room-No view & Valley view. Valley view rooms really offer great view with clear Kanchanjangha visible from inside the room. Rooms don't have a balcony. Food tastes great here. Complimentary breakfast also available,either in package or with extra charges. Hotel Wifi needs attention, as there's almost no speed & limited connectivity in rooms. All good for this hotel, except stairs from main road to reception, as you need to climb lots of steep stairs (approx. 3 storeys). Lift present in main lobby only. It is difficult for senior citizens if they are travelling with you.

14th November to 18th November I stayed at Hotel Sanderling Residency and spa Darjeeling room no 304, in a word very beautiful and well decorated fully furnished hotel, took mountain view room enjoyed the wonderful view of Kanchenjunga from the hotel room, all the staff of the hotel are very friendly, but the first one to mention is Muhammad Salim a very nice guy who always lends a helping hand to any need. food in this hotel is very good also.

One of the best hotel we gained in Darjeeling. Best and central location. Great staff. Enjoyed our checkin and checkout process. Though we had some issue with lights/geyser/tv channels did not work at our time. Coz may be due to the weather that we experienced on our stay time. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED. New renovated property it is Our privacy

Nice to stay here. Good Location and a premium quality rooms. Only thing which I have noticed that, in current days some of their rooms window views are blocked by other new constructions. After all we have spent awesome. Remeber before book, avoid this hote if in your team have any old person, they have 50+ stairs to enter.

The hotel was very good and 3mins walk from the mall road. We could see Kanchanjungha from our hotel room. Very neat and clean and Swift service. Has elevator and dining room. Only drawback is they don't serve food in the room so after a long day it's bad to go to the restaurant. But all over absolute value for money ☺️

Beautiful hotel nd his room's r awesome specially beds r too good when u go for a sleep u feel like u r in heaven. so much comfortable. Room service nd hotel staff r also so good. I suggest to my dear friends who wants to visit Darjeeling alone or with family. must come here nd enjoy ur self.

The hotel is currently undergoing renovation. It was a wonderful and pleasant stay. The rooms were clean and so was the bathroom with good lighting. We had booked a room with view and it was great. Also the staff were very helpful with queries. Only issue was the wifi was not properly working.

The view from the room is amazing. A bit far from the mall but the stay was worth it. My family enjoyed the stay very much The room was neat and clean. Bathroom as well. They provided electric kettle which was really required. Thank you for the good hospitality.

Sanderling hotels have excellent amenities and all employees have very good behaviour and food quality is excellent 👌Darjeeling Mall to hotel is approx 8 minutes walking distance.Highly recommended to all for staying at this property.
