Rooms are ok but rooms n hotel not hygiene. staff s communication was disrespecting. customer coming staffs are unhappy to provide service.first experience with staff there telling no bookings here need to pay additional money, no regular cleaning room's, if we asked then also not cleaned properly not following covid protocol, receptionist it self not wearing mask n not sanitizing his and before giving keys n stuff. if we asked any services they charging commissions. not couples friendly also. not providing drinking water also. totally disappointed with their service.

I never saw any hotel room worst than this. They will show you a room with everything broken, even the sink and eastern toilet were broken and dirty. they asked to cancel if I don't like the room. next come the surprise, they said there is a better room with additional charge. That room was better and I had to settle for that room as my payment wasn't refundable. I needed the room for only 9 hours, hence didn't look for other hotels. Overall the hotel was very dirty. Everything including the hotel staff.

The worse hotel I have ever visited. Rooms are not clean. Not provided proper bed sheets and blankets, towel , hand wash at all. And the even worse part is, There is a power cut for an hour, like seriously Called on reception for reason. They are saying it’s not on their hands. ( No generator in this hotel for power back up) Please don’t visit this hotel at all. Such a worse hotel

there is very dirty rooms ..so many ants are suffer in room no tv service no water washroom is alo outside from room ..hotel owner is very rude and not cooperative..so horrible experience ....there is no safe place for family...outside of hotel so many beggars and drink people sitting here and there of hotel surrounding ..I feel unsafe

worst room I had ever visited. no blanket, no towel, not a single bottle also. bugs roaming everywhere, bugs are on bed, pillow, wall wooden table. not good for anyone, can't sleep 5 mins in such conditions. I refused whole day booking in just 3-4 hours. worst experience, totally worst of money.

I really don't have words for this pathetic stay, Bathroom was so dirty that we didn't wanted to use it, it's a Indian style tub but there are no tiles on the floor this makes it look so dirty. This is very old building and no proper color on the wall, it was smelling so badly.

Overall it was a nice and pleasant stay. The room was spacious, clean and had all the amenities mentioned. Also the hotel staff is kind and helpful. Situated around 500 metres from Madgaon Railway Station.

Overall experience of hotel room was good , only issue is that bathroom didn't have freshner , because of that it was very. Also the corridor was not clean , there were spitting marks here and there .

Rooms displayed on Google is totally different and in worse condition. Cleanliness wise to rooms were horrible. I will never recommend such a horrible and bakwaas hotel to anyone.

Rooms are small but good. Washroom is superb. Pretty understanding and helpful staff. Happy!! Its nearby station so easy for taking the train.
