1: Great hospitality 2: Great location, 10 minutes walk to Calangute beach 3: Spacious rooms Things can be improved: 1: Better toiletries, got only one small soap for 2 days stay 2: AC maintenance,maybe AC is not big enough for the room or it is not properly maintained, room is getting hot in few minutes if AC is off 3: Milk sachet should be provided with complementary coffee/tea kit Overall: Stay is recommended, the owner always picks your phone and tries to help you in all ways possible.

The lady owner was well mannered and given good hospitality. Got water bottles and kettle with coffee as a complimentary too. The only problem is with the barking sounds of the street dogs during night and also it's location situated far from calangute main road. It is somewhat secluded with no street lights while reaching at night and sometimes could pose a threat by the dogs. Rest all amenities were really good.

Experience was too good the way owner treats the guest is too amazing. Room is perfect including all things. Amazing experience. Budget friendly stay. TV, AC, fridge everything at cheaper rate. caretaker of the guest house is very sweet natured. Perfect location and parking space is also available. Near to the beach and all kinds of restaurants. I went with my 3 friends. Property itself is very amazing and feels like u are living in a farmhouse.

Neat and clean rooms, easily check in and check out, all amenities are excellent, bigger room size. Excellent guesthouse. Owner Santana is well behaved ****. We are fully satisfied but one thing- 20 m approach road is muddy. Rest all are excellent.

Nice owner and Good Guest house. Reaching the location is also easy. Will recommend everyone to stay there. Room is big with AC and TV, toilet was clean and parking is sufficient.
