this is not like 2 star hotel. Not any single amenities provided to customer like tv, wifi, water bottle, bonfire etc. very costly hotel. Not value for money. in same rate 3450 I recommend ooty lake view hotel. All amenities provided to customer. window also Unserviceable. bathroom inside lock not up to the mark. water bottle also not provided. very same on him. Finally if some option available to customer to select hotel then I totally not recommend this hotel.

no hot water. room was too smelly, tv not working, no fan, no proper lights. do you it's worth for 3000+ rupees for a night stay.. stop looting people's money. when tourists are more these stays will usually incrythe price but atleast they have to give proper service. i never recommend hotel

The location of hotel is near to market and bus stand and one walk to bus stand and get autos if we want.Food is average and price is too costly but they gave large in quantity.We met one kind person named Venkatraman who working in restaurent .His kindness and soft in nature is great.

The hotel is well-maintained and has hospitable environment. The environment of hotel is very good and it is very near to bus stand and taxi stand. I have to increase the hot water time or add few hours at night and add fan in the room because room is hot compare to outside.

Hotel is neat and clean. accessible easily from bus stand and railway station as well. one could walk down to lake frin this hotel. but the hotel is very old. and hot water is not available throughout the day.( only 3hrs in the morning )

It was a very bad experience i booked for 3 days and 2 nights stay..no houskipping,no first aid kit..they are mentioned in the fake amenities list ..not giving wifi comfort and cleanliness
