The location and rooms are good. However, the bathroom needs a soap case and a mirror. Room cleaning should be done daily, and it would be great to have tea and coffee available in the rooms. Otherwise, it's a decent place to stay and is budget-friendly.

hotel was neat and cosy. had a good time there. ac, water heater and television was functioning well. at this price range it was all great. staff were helpful and friendly. easily accessible location as well which is close to infopark, smart city etc.

It's a very good hotel & the accommodation I stayed in was very comfortable & spacious & even their services were fab too. It's very conveniently located on the main road itself as well & I had an amazing time staying over here too.

Good but need more improvemnt👍 I am personally very happy by tgeir service but need more improvemntbin all modes , such as neatness, water , room service etc But its ok for a normal one or two days stay . Loved it 😍👍

Good rooms for the amount of money you pay. Clean AC room with TV and Geyser at moderate rates. Near to Infopark. Had a good stay. Would recommend for family and also solo travelers.

Hotel Locations is pleasant. Comfortable stays For People specifically Coming to Infopark area and Students for Exam to Rajgiri valley. Descent and rooms are new and good

Room was too hot. Didn't have ceiling fan. only wall fan was available. on requesting j got an additional pedestal fan. Try AC rooms instead if available.

Got AC room for 2. Spacious room with windows of outside view as in the images. Negatives : The bed isn't spring mattress.Hassle free check-in.

Clean rooms and bathroom. Perfect place for a stay at Kakkanad. The most amusing part is the water pressure, which is out of this world 😆
