Our stay at the Hotel was good. The service staff was quick and efficient. Though we had problem with a lot of noise comming from the ac duct which could only be sorted the next morning. The buffet break fast was decent in spread and average taste, we also had dinner twice and the food was ok. As we had an early morning train the staff packed us Sandwich and eggs before even the restaurant started. We felt the hotel is bit over priced but over all the experience was good. As most of the sites are close or in radius of 10-12 KM of the hotel location is the usp of the hotel. Location - 5Services - 4Food - 3Amenities - 2Roomes - 4Ambience - 3over all - 3.5

It had been a pleasant stay at Hotel Sarang Palace! The ambience was excellent with courteous staff! The location too is very peaceful and the front desk was eveready to assist! it was a wonderful stay here .totally loved it the rooms were so good infact i booked their economical room which is european room but our room was upgraded to bohemian .all things were great lighting ,cleaning etc.the things is the bathroom is small in size so you ho to adjust also you might be listening noises otherwise the room is a perfect stay

everything is romantized here. looks very cheesy. if someone wants to have a good vacation time then this hotel is not for you. also the hotel staff usually forces to give 5 star reviews. moreover it's not a palace at all. its just a 2-3 star hotel.
