Geyser connection is being controlled from reception, you have to figure out yourself because they don’t tell you. It is also switched off at their whims and fancy. I had to take a bath in cold water in winters. I was suppose to check out at 12 am, they just knocked my door at 10:45 pm when I was trying to take a short sleep . Reason for payment of food bill , which you are supposed to make it at the time of checkout .

I stayed for a few hours for some business. rooms are okay but pls don't have much expectations in terms of hygiene. suprised to see both western toilet and indian toilet in same bathroom. there are good dhabas around and also relaince mart , dominos etc. it's 2.5 KM's from Mughal Sarai station. the receptionist was kind enough to arrange auto for me for night train to Mughal Sarai..! 3 stars from my side

At the outskirt of Varanasi, this place is nice to stay. Annakut Restaurant is attached. Food is some spicy but Awesome. Very Nice Staff. Rooms are sufficient. Closed artful Wardrobes. Very first in my travels, i saw both types in single toilet. Great Administration. Budget Hotel. I will recommend. Surely.

This is first time I stayed in hotel where devices are pathetic, untimely. Food had no taste. No food available after 10 PM. Rats are roaming in rooms, mosquito are enjoying your blood . Hotel with no hot water. List will go far long. PATHETIC EXPIRENCE...

My experience was average. Service was a little slow. It seemed to me that rooms were not properly clean. The bedsheet and pillow covers were also not clean. Very old and damaged furniture. The location was good. It had good parking space.

nice stay.. breakfast was yummy... we checked in at 3am at morning so staff was cooperative to get the luggage to the room as well.. all hotel rooms are in first floor thus luggage taker was required.

Staff was totally not supporting, you have to do your all the works by own like luggage pickup and all, washroom was Indian, low lighting arrangement in the room but price range and location was good.

The only good thing about the hotel is that it is near railway station distance is about 2.5 km. Hotel is not that great issues that you will face are service, mosquitos, cleanliness.

Hotel doesn't value for money and they have no such options of rooms, TV ports are broken, Inside Infra is not looking attractive.
