It was a stopover for me as my ultimate destination was Puducherry, where I had to reach the very next morning.The staff over there were conversant in English,making communication easy.I was originally booked for a non AC room but the front office staff immediately upgraded it to an AC room on my request,which was hassle free.The service staff obliged ungrudgingly when I requested for a change of linen. The complementary breakfast that was served was a tasty combo of a typical Tamil breakfast.What touched me the most was the help I received from the hotel staff in booking a comfortable hotel in Puducherry at my desired location and within a reasonable budget, at a time when hotels were running to capacity.

In this hotel rooms,they are not maintaining cleanliness. At night number of small cockroches are doing their job perfectly. The pillows are ugly. At 7.30 am hot water has not come. The only one advantage is very near to CMBT bus stand .At least weekly once they have to use cockroches spray like hit spray etc.

All they'll give is a clean bed and the pillow. Other than that, you're on ur own. But for such a low price at such a location, that's what you'll get. If possible, go for a better hotel. Otherwise, get your own mosquito repellent along with other items.

location and accessibility is good. rooms are good neat and clean. bathrooms didnt had shower. and due to high celling of bathroom webcob were not cleaned so look in that matter. overall experince was good and staff is helpful n polite.

There was a tv with no subscription. Fan which don't blows air. Western toilet with no jet spray. Bed with no blanket. Terrible experience stayed only for few hours and vacated to another hotel. Arrogant staffs .

Very nice service. The front desk was very courteous and even helped booking a cab for us. Budget friendly and walkable distance from the main bus stop.
