As per the location is concerned it is in a very good location.Room service is upto the mark.Behavior of staffs are gentle.Food was good and they allowed outside food also.Parking and security is good also.but the room given to me is very small.It is in 3rd floor and lift was out off order.Some of the light switchs are not working.Toilet flush is not not working properly.No gyser for hot water..They need to do some good renovation of electric switches and toilet.for those above reasons i gave it only 3 stars.

2 years back I stayed in the same hotel. At that time they had a wonderful restaurant but the room quality was not up to the mark. Covid had hit this hotel very hard. No more running pantry in this hotel.Also a shortage of staff. If you used to stay in premium hotels then nothing premium about this hotel but Staff are very Cooperative and good. Room charges are also very less.Parking for only 2 cars is there. So if anyone wants a budget stay only for 1 night then this is a good option.

This is a nice hotel.....Their staffs are give service very friendly to the customers.......This place is so discipline.. Their bed room and birth rooms are very clean....finally I say that ,that is a nice resort for all the customers.plz visit this resort and enjoy its nature......Thank u all the staffs and hotel Sarita resort for giving me a nice and discipline place....🙏...

It was a nice stay for me in this hotel.. The hotel staffs were very cooperative... Whenever we asked for help they helped us...I would definitely recommend this hotel to others...The room was clean .. The hotel does not provide in house restaurant facility but one can surely go to the nearby eateries or can order in Zomato..

Extremely poor hotel.My rooms toilet was not clean. I had asked them to change my room. It's took them 30 mins to allot me another room but why to take such headache at the first place. Rooms are very low lighting, no in house restaurant. Don't waste your money here instead pay a bit more and book a better hotel.

Too poor properties of hotel , bad service , fooding facilty is very bad and poor , i am paid for complementary breakfast for 2 adults but service for food facility 1adult , too bad condition of room , bathrom, cleaning facilty is too poor.

Only one person is working as a receptionist, House keeping, Room service. After requesting clean bedsheet given. Lift not working.
