Poor hotel, poor service not worth for even 1 star.It was poor experience, First they provided twin room despite room availability.I have to visit/ call reception 4 times to get milk for my daughter and received the same after 1 hour.My room's AC broke around 9:45 in evening and despite raising the complaint someone from reception asked would you like to change room now or morning in this scrothing heat in a taunting way.I deposited my room keys to get the room clean but they didn"t got my room cleaned had to request on reception again.Visited their restraunt for Dinner and they declined some of items are not possible after 45 mins of waiting.My parents ordered some food, they changed the item and didn't delivered whole order in 1 go and didn't update me on the same as well had to continuously follow up from them.

Hotel Savi Suryaprakash was a perfect stay for our vacation. The Hotel was clean, staff was polite and helpful. They assisted for everything as and when required. Parking was inside. Well-connected with the building. Loved their common balcony. We sat there for hours gossiping with our friends. Their restaurant was also awesome. You could clearly see the Fateh Sagar Lake from their open deck at restaurant. The food was also good specially their north Indian dishes Breakfast buffet was also good with options to go for. One of the best hospitalities I ever come across in the recent years. Thank you Hotel team for making our stay delightful and memorable.

room was good location was great food was not up to the mark hotel lack some of amenities like no landline connection no hot water in winteri went through the cold like hell and overall a okayish kind of stay and this kind of walls was not okay for me for a moment i was so angry that i have paid the amount and i'm receiving this kind of hospitality was about to cancel but was too tired so i got to go with this if possible refund me some amount or compensate it please was annoyed to it

The room and amenities are good but the in-house restaurant is so so bad. Siya restaurant charges you for the water they provide in the glass, it's not even mineral water but they charge you 40 rs, they charged me 80 rs for a 500ml coke bottle. The 20% discount they provide for the people staying in the hotel is a scam. it's not 20% on the bill amount but for the amount which is over 500. For suppose the Bill is 900 rs the discount is (900 - 500)*20% = 80 rs but not 900*20% = 180

Worst hotel for stay as couples... Not value for money.... They spoiled our new year... Will Never go there again... Service was hilarious... We had to wait for a long time on a daily basis so that they could clean our room and they never clean it by themselves.. The toilet shower found broken Dirty Spots found on bedsheets... only good thing was location... Breakfast options are also very less.. Please find attached pictures for your reference...

Room was not clean at all. Although I reached late, room was not ready. The trouble did not stop here. TV was not working. Telephone for room service was not working. Next morning hot water was not available in bathroom. Staff hardly cared about our concern. Poor mindset and services were clearly visible. Conclusion: My experience was troublesome, location of hotel is good however services were really poor.

Hotel Cleanliness was Good .But sone issues we faced such as Toilet flush water less and not working properly so we bound to use bucket every-time .Toilet door sticking creating creaking noise .Most of time Intercom out of order .Restaurant has not having full items as we asked Khichadi but not got because unavailablity of Dal

Stayed in this hotel for 4 nights. They didn't change the bed sheets everyday even after asking. They cleaned the room after 3 days and even then, they didn't change the bed sheets. Washroom lock was not working which they didn't change in our 4 days stay. Washroom drain was blocked which we had to ask to get that cleaned.

Yesterday I stayed in this hotel and I felt very happy staying here because the rooms here are nice very specious and clean and the staff behavior is very good, very polite and very helpful. My stay here has been very comfortable and I personally recommend it to everyone. Do stay in this hotel.

Had a good experience at Click hotel Suryaprakash. the hotel bathrom was neat n clean. Hotel staff were helpful n friendly. they took care of minute things like iron box n iron table when asked. the room had small fridge.Surely would recommend others to stay here

Very bad hotel. Staff behaviour also very bad, Morning they declined for Tea, After that they declined to Give breakfast. Customer support also not support me in this case.They took payment including breakfast.

Hotel is good. Staff is cooperative. Could not spend much time as there was an emergency and had to leave early. Hotel staff supported fully in checking out before time.

The room's landline was not in service. The room access card was not accessable. No iron ,No dryer ,no small freeze was available in the room. very bad experience.
