Reached the hotel at around 8 AM in the morning, we were informed that the rooms were going to be available around 10:30 AM, so we were okay to wait, but there was no reception at all for us to wait, there was no place for us to sit and no washroom to get freshen up, at 9 AM, they told that one of the room would be available after 5 mins, but we had to wait for almost 45-50 mins till the room was available, they were not picking up the calls in this time, and when we finally got the room, it was such a small room for Rs.for 1 night, the bedsheets were also not clean, the T.V was not working, the geyser was also not working.

I'd definitely not recommend to stay here! The possible reasons being:- 1. The Google map location of the hotel is flawed, and the staff if unresponsive, it took me nearly an hour searching and still couldn't find it 2. They changed my room because it was too big for one person and they shifted me to a different hotel (owned by them), so another half an hour of searching. 3. The Location of the cottage is deep in the colony, there's no viewpoint from there. Plus this second hotel isn't listed on Google map. There are many other good hotels and cottages so I'd recommend to pick wisely, not this one ofcourse

Overall had a pleasant experience staying at this property.It is located near to ATC Bus stand (5min walk).Clean rooms and geyser available.The caretaker was a nice guy.Will definitely recommend this property for families,groups and couples.Thanks :) The rooms and bathroom were clean with nice view and calm environment near to the main road.

worst experience than ever. location shown is wrong. no receptionist available , no services. we waited more than 1 hr for getting keys. i have booked 2 rooms for 9 ppl. they have given 1 room and adjust with that. in 6 cot bed they have provided extra beds after 11 o clok night. Dont ever book this property.

nice clean rooms and co-operative staff.Only hitch is for tea or food you have to walk down quite a bit &climbing back to hotel is a himalayan task.
