I am giving zero star but it is not in the option so 1 star because last night I booked this hotel. When I check- in there is hole in bedsheet already but I thought that it is not h big deal. But we check- out he asked me 700 extra charge for the hole in the bed sheet which was already there . The hole was created due to cigarette but I never smoke in my whole life . Badest experience of my whole life

Very dirty rooms , extra bed on the floor, one manager told me that they wont allow 3 person in one room. Very bothering questions at reception. All ratings are fake dont trust atall , i have suffered trusting high ratings.
