we were tired of traveling we went to resort asked them for check in they took 30 mins . they asked us to update the details in a online format which took time. we have to fill the form upload he id proofs which took time. this system was not even used in a 3 star hotel also where we went for our next check in 😀. I asked the lady to pls do it fast she was rude n said procedure hai sir karna padta hai.. This kind of procedure I haven't seen anywhere in goa for the next two hotels where I booked.. they just took our hard copy n took the zerox print.I had stayed here for one night i.e on 31st Dec 2020. We were family with 8 persons and 2 kids . The rooms were good the property is apartment type where he gave us a 3rd floor Home of 3 BHK with one hall but no kitchen. and another room on other floor. Rooms have Gallery garden view . mine was non AC. for staying it was good but some beds in room were making Sound when we move in sleep , the patnem beach was at walkable distance. even the rajbagh beach is attached to this you have to walk by the end of patnem beach on.left side. Rooms were clean. It was good for staying with a family as it was like a 3BHk home with no kitchen but there was a hall .

The location is perfect, the nearby Beach is at few footsteps. The rooms were nicely maintained. When I lodged, that time they were building the swimming pool, when it's complete it'd definitely be another reason for the awesomeness of your stay. Food was a bit overpriced & OK OK type, but then again you are in Goa, right, better you go anywhere else for cuisines of your delight.

This was the worst experience i has with this hotel. nothing was there to admire. even they do not have power back up and their was power shut down at 10 PM. No invert-er, generator or candles. Even after insisting them a lot they provided us 2 candles. even after sometime they stopped picking up the calls over their mobile phone. no intercom was there. really pathetic.

It was a good stay. Very clean rooms, greenery around. Just behind Patnem beach, and 5 minutes from Palolem on bike, even the walk till Palolem is pleasant. Wouldn't call owners unwelcoming, but a bit indifferent apparently. However, that wasn't at all a problem, they sure were cooperative. Overall, it is value for money with clean rooms and pleasant ambiance.

The location of the hotel is very good and is hardly 100 meters from the beach. But worst part of my stay was that the basic amenities were not working in the hotel, like TV and AC and they accommodated me in a different room. The resort location is very good and exterior view and room size are good but when it comes to cleanliness its worst, we have cockroachs, frogs and other insects inside the room. Restaurant inside the resort is way costlier then other places in South Goa.

The place was good but the service quality was really bad.. Outside food was not allowed inside and for 4days we got only one bottle of water and no room clean.. You may find better stay with the same price, go ahead.

No any other facility is available in hotel. house keeping service is also not available... Luggage carrying person is also not available... only they will provide you room and nothing else...Charge for everything

It was a very nice experience. All the things were very good. Staff was very cooperative. Food was tasty. Location wise also it was very convenient to reach. Free wifi and internet were also available there.

Fans are noisy and regulator does not work. The rooms are badly lit with dim bulbs, so you cannot read. On the whole oisy, grimy and mosquito infested but the family that runs the place are nice and warm.

The resort is good for homely stay with the basic amenities provided and at comparatively less price than *** options. Its proximity to palolem beach is the added advantage. People too are helpful here.

situated at a stone throw away from patnem beach , its truly a value for money. Ibibo offered huge discounts. Room were clean and spacious.
