Seagull Beach Resort

I stayed with my family for 2 days.. Drinking water bottles were charged, there was no soap/shampoo, Tata sky was expired even after multiples follows ups they did not care to recharge, room cleaning was pathetic, no sanitization was done and no sanitizers in the premise, for room also had to request multiple time for cleaning. No wifi available, which I understand may be difficult to get in that place. CCTV which is a basic and mandatory requirement these days, is not available. Any resort would at least provide tea for the customers, here it was not, even after multiple requests tea was given only once in the entire stay. When it comes to food, they don’t have a kitchen, we need to order food from a restaurant which is 10kms away and has pathetic food taste and takes more than an hour to deliver. I would not call it a resort, it’s just a building with nothing else. Worst experience ever. If there was a negative rating option I would have chosen it.

Room size and bed is okay but no service, no WiFi, no kettle, washroom maintenance is worst, too much smelly, water provided for bath smells too much and they are salty water, bathroom 🚽 leaks all the time and no proper parking available. Can’t access to beach like ramapuram easily, management is worst. No kitchen at all

the staff is very nice, beach right infront of the gate, sitting and dining outside in the evening gives you a wonderful experience friendly environment n people, very safe. not just resort people, the locals are very friendly polite and we'll mannered as well.

Definitely not worthy for the price they charge. Washrooms aren’t maintained well, AC doesn’t function properly, location is secluded, no pantry or cafe. Only little better thing is service staff is good.
