This place is amazing!!! If you are tired of the commercial resorts an want to have a cosy place experiencing Goa how it was before it got hit by commercial growth. This is the place!! Quite and secluded. All you hear are birds chirping. Its on a private road so no cars around. Its in a rustic goan vado (an old school goan residential neighborhood) Plenty of car parking. The beach is a 25 minute walk. By bike its less then five minute's. They provided fresh towels. There is a spacious fridge. (Not the mini kind that most hotels give but a regular single door fridge) which is great if you want store your drinks an other stuff. The room is well ventilated and airy with lots of natural light. There is a second room which has the fridge . its great to dump your bags an other stuff. There is a front veranda space to sit out in the evenings. There Is also a shaded sit out area with tables in the compound which adds a nice touch of a peaceful laid back mood. Its great for city folk who need to unwind from the hectic city and office stress. The beaches and happening places are around two to four kilometers away, so be sure to least have s rented bike. Might be good for family's as there there is a bit of a compound for the kids to safely run about. . The rooms are up a flight of stairs, so a fair warning to people with disability issues. Would I visit here again?.. You bet !! . I have already planned to book my second vacation through goibibo at this guesthouse. Would I recommends it to others.. Absolutely.. Am having a great time here an my friends are also planning to book here! Fras, this place is great and its got a unique charm of how goa was in the old days don't let it get to commercial. You have been a wonderful host, I want to book at your guesthouse again

Best part about the hotel was their service ... they are super friendly ... room were clean .. Food also tasted good Its around 5 mins from highway, and beach is also 10 mins from hotel No restrictions if u r late at night Would 100% recommend this place Perfect environment .. We faced no problem staying there .. they also guided us as we were tourist

Do visit this place. The place,staff and the ambiance is amazing and they have their own restaurant too which is easily accessible. It is indeed a peaceful place.Well, How can i not mention their food.. It's really mouth watering.Well do keep this place in Mind if your in South Goa. Cheerz🍹

Specially if your visiting Goa in the Monsoon Season.Do visit this place. It is really peaceful. It's a vibing place. They have a restaurant of their own and it's just opposite the staying area. So it's easily accessible. The owner and the staff took good care of us.

Its a nice guest house in a accessible location. Just 2 Km from the beach. Only problem is TV is not available in the room and Veg restaurants are not available in the surrounding. Overall nice experience..

it was a great place, away from the noise but close to the beaches. Frasly was available whenever we needed him. Rooms were clean. Had a great trip.
