Lovely experience.hotel is located in a mid of pachmarhi. everything is near to the hotel location the spots , waterfall everything. The best part is the rooms. the rooms are spacious,neat and clean. we booked super AC delux rooms with nominal rates as compared to any hotels in pachmarhi and it was awesome. The breakfast is super delicious 😋 i and my husband enjoyed it but the food ie lunch and dinner is not upto the mark we didn't liked it instead we had lunch/dinner in Rasoi and beta bawarchi restaurant and it was worth it . superb experience hope we can visit again and stay in wowstayz serenity ❣️ we enjoyed the stay at serenity with a lovely environment and the chilly weather ☁️

It's a perfect property to stay at in Panchmari. Slightly away from the main market but just 1-2 km, you have everything in reach. Rooms are spacious be it any type(deluxe, super deluxe, suite), all basic amenities like toiletries, AC, wifi(a bit slow), refrigerator, hot water, even had shower panel. Service is on point, staff is very polite and attentive. Cleanliness and hygiene is taken care of. They have restaurant on the top floor, serve amazing food. We chose breakfast option, they had a buffet with atleast 3-4 items (north/south indian mixed) with tea and coffee.

Stayed there for 3 Night. Room and washrooms were very big and spacious. 24hrs Hot Water was there. 24hrs Power Backup was also there (Sometime you have to contact reception to start the Genset in case of power Failure). Hotel located in very posh area. Park was also there for kids but outside the premises. Hotel Team staff was very polite, but there is scope of Improvement in service area. Small garden, one can sit and enjoy the tea. Car Parking facility available. Breakfast was ok ok. No Lift. G+1 Rooms. Cafeteria on 2nd Floor.

Overall stay was good.Pros. 1. staff is very polite and helpful.2. Food is awesome. Every dish served was great.3. Big size room with good bedding.4. Location is also very good.Cons1. I thought there is a window but actually that window opens in corridor so you can not open it. There is no other ventilation in the room.

Rooms are good. Newly constructed. Bedsheets were not clean. Though the staff got it changed on request. Weak on room service side. Intercom is not available in the room. One needs to go downstairs to communicate anything to staff. Breakfast was just average.

ambience of hotel ,rooms and restaurants was very good, food was tasty, staf of very helpful and polite, fully furnished rooms, i recomend this hotel for stay.. it is 1.6 km from main bus stand but area is very posh and silent

overall our experience was good with this hotel. The room service was not that good. Food was okay. Rooms were all good clean & tidy with lots of lights in it. In one of the rooms the AC was not working.
