The property looks good and all. But not at all well maintained - from smelly fungal moulds over the sheets, beds and cots to non- working water heater and non-working telephones. It seemed as if the room wasn't used for more than a month. Moreover No kettle, no coffee/tea sachets, no dental kit, toiletries, no water bottles etc... Also no breakfast, no 24x7 room service. Took 1 hour to get 2 cups of warmish cold coffees (ordered hot coffees though). All this after booking a deluxe room. Their restaurant was decent, serving hot food although limited options only. AC and wifi were good. Spacious parking too. The staff were good, hospitable and responsive to my queries. An extra star is only for that...
