We had a wonderful stay at Shaan Coco Palms Beach Resort with our family, including kids. The resort’s beachfront location is perfect, offering stunning views and easy access to the serene Morjim Beach.The highlight of our stay was the beautiful wooden cottage stays, which were spacious, well-maintained, and equipped with all the necessary amenities. The rooms were comfortable, giving a cozy yet luxurious feel.The staff was extremely courteous and helpful, always ensuring that we had a pleasant experience. Housekeeping was top-notch, keeping the cottages and surroundings clean.Our kids especially loved the clean and well-maintained swimming pool, which was a great place to relax and have fun. The poolside area was also neatly arranged, making it an enjoyable experience for the whole family.Overall, this resort is a great choice for families looking for a peaceful and relaxing beachfront getaway. We would definitelyy recommend it and look forward to visiting again!

The hotel is located close to the beach- 100 m away just across. The restaurant of this resort is on beach with shacks and beach beds on the beach. The overall property is good with a small lawn and a small swimming pool. The staff is courteous. The plus point is parking. There are certain downs of this resort. The amenities promised during booking were not provided to us. Few of them were made available after it was highlighted to them and some were not even after bringing to the notice The service requires slight improvement. Otherwise the resort is goodThe initial experience was not good as all amenities were not provided but later on we forgot all those drawbacks and concentrated on enjoyment only

Worst Hotel in Goa... Starting from Room, No at all good, leakage problem in the room, only two small bulbs in the room, totally dark out... No Space to roam in the room... Washroom in very shabby condition with no ventilation, and shower in such a good condition that the water is to flow in all directions making the entire bathroom wet. Towel Stand Broken. Fridge Door broken, need to lift and close it.. Breakfast such a great that they only have 3-4 options. Poha is comman, Puri bhaji/Paratha, oats, omlet and tea... I will never recommend the hotel... Don't waste your money on it...

The resort is opposite to the beach with a small pool. However, it's poorly maintained. The rooms are big and spacious, but the water supply in the room, room services, and over soft bed and pillows are not up to the mark. The manager, is least bothered to look into guest issues. The restaurant takes forever to get food to your room. Their preference and importance are bar and restaurant people, not the resort guests. Overall, it was an ok stay. Will keep this as the last option.

I have visited Goa many times but this time it was most depressing experience and the reason was rooms of this hotel as there was no window ( can not imagine a room without a window )Photos are totally different.Not at all worthy for such rooms. I had booked it for 2 days but because of I had too check out on second only.

Excellent location. The restaurant is on the beach then a road divides the hotel at the back. Good buffet breakfast with a couple of items but not a very good lunch at the restaurant. Small rooms, enough for a couple. Satisfactory services and cleanliness.

Special request for non spicy food due to allergizes medical reasons was denied / humilited, not experienced or acceptable. After arguments at heigher level gave in as a mercy or favour. Not happy experience. No recommended

Rooms are decent, location is nice but breakfast is pathetic Guys standing at breakfast tables are like know nothing just roaming here and there. Better choose only Rooms with out meal option complimentary meal is bad.

Brilliant location and great value for money ..plenty of bars and restaurants around .. manager Shubham and staff were excellent.. would highly recommend if looking to spend time in Morjim or Ashvem.
