Hi all, I want to share my honest review with some do's and don't in it. I hope it will help you.Talking about the hotel locationit's inside the Fort area, that means you can stay inside the Fort by paying very nominal charges.The charges could be high or differ from another hotels that are outside Fort. so don't be confused in that.The Manager, he is very very friendly and in helping nature. He is local from Jaisalmer, so knows all root, can take his guidance for planning the local trip.For us he booked the desert camp ( stay, camel ride, Jeep Safari, night prog, morning breakfast) if you are non vegetarian plz let the Manager know, so that he can check if he can accommodate you in respective camp. because most of the camp are vegan here.Also the person is quite resourceful so of you stuck anywhere in desert, he is one call away from you.I stayed in hotel for 4 days. The package and all thing is up to you. how you feel good. But I am from Rajasthan only so for me bargaining was easy and if the price seems high then just remember they are managing everything to make you feel happy also it is not easy to manage things in desert so bargaining option is always there. Jaisalmer ppl are very sweet towards it. Baki adhe pese kam apke behaviour se kam ho jate he, stay here like family this place made you feel like home. The boy who works here JASWANT (you can call him JASIA) he is very polite and sweet boy. Over all we enjoyed here with great savings. one advice to all. jaisalmer agar jare he and you are good at driving then plz visit the route JAISALMER-TANOT. You can ask Shahi Gad ppl to help you more, that route is awesome.thanks bhaiya and jasia for helping us to make memories. Me and my wife enjoyed a lot.# Safe place for women and family.# pocket friendlyIt was our first anniversary, we celebrated here. Ghar se dur, the Shahi Gad people make us feel like family. I stayed in Hotel for 3 days with my Wife, I reached early at 7 AM and receptionist instantly provided early checkin without any extra charges. Room was very clean and equipped with modern amenities also location was superb as it was on fort just near to Raja Rani Mahal and Lakshmi nath Temple. Hotel Staff was very friendly and professional.

Very peace full place in fort area and experience is very amazing, staff is very very supportive and hadds off the services. am recomonded to all of you plz visit once time and enjoy. thanks to all of you hotel staff and owner to these 3days of my life is very wonderfull.

the hotel is located inside fort so parking not possible near hotel. we had a basic room, however the room was very small but clean, service and staff was excellent. good food. overall an excellent stay for budget trip. all major attraction walkable.

The hotel is located at a prime spot, right in the heart of the golden fort. The place is quite tiny but clean. If you want to stay peacefully and aloof, this is a nice place to stay in. Though do not keep much expectations in terms of luxury!

Its Actually Shahi. Hotel us inside th Golden Fort, its a part of fort. Market, other spots are around the fort.. Initially it looks odd but v realise its a good choice coz v r at the center place. Food was also tasty and freshly made.

located inside Jaisalmer fort,hotel manager/owner & staff was very helpful, upgraded me to higher category rooms without extra charge as it was available. Very good service & cordial behavior. Very good rooms. Highly recommended

It is difficult to find the hotel at first but once you're inside, you'll absolutely like that place. It is inside the Jaisalmer fort, decent clean rooms, very humble staff.

hotel and staff are good but too double costly on end of December. Also don't book sand dune package from hotel , they are taking double amount. sand dune book at outside

nice and decently clean hotel but smaller for the price charged. No white light in room. The manager was nice but the staff could have been more responsible.
