My stay at the property was a 10/10 experience. The rooms are spacious and clean, the bathroom was huge with all the necessary amenities, and the view out was spectacular. The wide variety of high quality tea available in the minibar is a blessing for an aficionado like me. The housekeeping service can be a little faster, but the staff is very polite and helpful. Breakfast at Tamra is amazing - a large number of choices and everything tastes great. In-room dining also has a large number of options, and the food is really good, if a little generic in taste. One point of friction was that an older copy of the menu was kept in our room, so a few things that I wanted were not available any more. On raising a query, the newer menu was then quickly sent up to the room so no harm done. Special mention for Shubham and Nepram at the front desk for the hassle-free and quick check-in/check-out experience.

The check in was smooth. Had a pleasant experience during that, they knew exactly what guest wants. One books a 5 star for hospitality and they mark well on that. The guy during check in Mr. KABI , thank you for the smooth amendments you made upon my request. Hotel staff from low to high end greets u well and stay gracious always. Restaurants were pretty classy and the hotel has more often international as well as indian taste. Food consumed during breakfast was decent. Very good variety of non veg in every buffet meal. One thing u need to improve is that your service time needs a improvement. At times services were slow, rest had a very warm stay and thank you for that. Nice location, easy access to main points of delhi. Cheers..! No nuisance

It was a good experience, though we have been to other five stars, amenities were appearing aged here. room is worth, along with all facilities. I missed play area and entertain ment activities like pool or something, apart from swimming pool there was only spa. The room and it's ambience

They were extremely accommodating and allowed us to check in early at like 10am. We got to hotel super early and I didn’t wanna wait. So this was a big plus. The sevice was exceptional as well. Would definitely send a friend there
