Expected to be ready for business but they were not. We paid a good amount of money for a night only to receive a lousy service. Waited almost half an hour for check-in. The lif only works on DG depending on the occupancy. They served only veg. Didn't know this! Heard from the staff that the owner has told them to operate the hotel on bare minimum asset. Cable tv was not charged when we checked-in and waited almost half a day and that to get only hindi channels. Frustrated! Limited toiletries (only shampoo and dental kit) was provided and when ask for anything more, they answers were the same. Many free services that was mentioned was not provided, in fact it's chargeable. The floor was dirty with cement dust, their IT infrastructure was not ready as we felt 20 years back in time. The parking area was not ready too. We had to park the car at the lobby. Next time if we decided to stay in this hotel again, please make sure that the hotel is fully ready for business. Owner, please don't dissapoint your customers by giving a wrong picture of the hotel. It's misleading and may be taken as SCAM! Felt cheated! Not a hotel but a dormitory. Compliments to the staff-they did their best!

The hotel is quite a new place in Mapusa and so it has modern amenities. The ambience is very pleasent and appealing. It's located centrally and hence makes it easy access to restaurants, shops, market, etc. The complementary breakfast was wholesome, tasty and there was a variety. Rooms are comfortable and clean. All room amenities were provided (except in our room, we didn't have a fridge, but that was fine by us). Service was good. They were very helpful and kind. The only thing that didn't go to plan for us, was at the time that we were staying, they were short staffed in the kitchen, so the hotel restaurants were not open. We had to use swiggy and Zomato. But, the staff provided us with plates and cutlery, so no issues there. Overall would highly recommend this place to someone who'd like to have a relaxing and comfortable stay.

The only issue i faced was they don’t bother to give your daily services like water bottles, tea bags, toilet paper, sugar packets etc. whatever you need. You have to call them then only it gets served. Food quality is not that great and limited options. There is no in house lunch or dinner facility. They recommend you some other restaurant or you can order from swiggy/zomato.
