The room is good in terms of utility like good storage space, v good interiors and bathroom. But the service is not upto the mark. The room in which we stayed had problems with the bathroom. The water in the flush finishes soon and doesn't get filled quickly. The water from the tap next to commode comes so slowly. It takes more than a bucket of water for the hot water to actually come. No mat in front of the bathroom. Other services were good like delivery of tea, coffee etc. staff is normal courteous and ok. Location is in an excellent location . Just next to charbagh metro station and walkable from the Lucknow railway station in just 3-4 mins. Had these issues been taken care, it would have well deserved a 5 star rating please Provided a honest review

There service is good but hygiene of utensils very bad ,locality was also not very good from my pov,bathroom is good but the nozzle of jet spray in western style toilet is too much high force that the splash will come to your every part of body while cleaning after poop,it is ok type hotel for boys pov but not for women as they could feel unsafe due to locality outside the hotel,serving of food in aluminium steel,i will suggest to make nozzle speed a bit low,then there must be push liquid soap in bathroom as no one want to use same soap after fresh,and provide fridge as written in amenities,rated 3 star because of bad locality

The location of this property is very good. It is just a few meters away from the Charbagh Metro Station & at a walking distance from the Charbagh Railway Station. The second floor is excellent. You need to work out a little bit on cleanliness part. I know that renovation work is going on & I hope your cleanliness will improve in coming days. The staff & the manager is very polite & helpful. Overall it was an excellent stay at this property.

Overall it was a wonderful experience. There were just some amenities missing mentioned in the description of the room and shown in the pictures. But it was not an issue as i didn't require them. The staff was very cooperative and quick to react. The hotel is location just opposite to the railway station, but at the same time provides a very peaceful environment. I would love to visit hotel sharma regency again.

please see water flow of washbasin & camod sitting arrangement is dammage,no room service kitchen as per service tarif is costly celling fan down rod is hawling always dammage ketal

sharma regency hotel accommodation is not so good to stay. very narrow rooms. the only advantage is that the train station is very close to the hotel. that's all.
