Stay was excellent. Everything was perfect. Staff are very very service oriented. Chefs are amazing. They will talk to the guests, they want to know the choices of the guests. Particularly the sous chef Mr.Abhay kumar sahoo. He is amazing. He is very creative and made me a special juice everyday. It's awesome. All front office staff are very cooperative. Particularly Ms.Megha, Ms.veera. and the front office manager Mr.Vipul all are very welcoming to the guests. There one more department who were very very welcoming at the very entrance, the door man Mr. Niraj, valet drivers Mr. A.Srinivas and other velet drivers are all very well mannered and polite. Don't forget about the house keeping staff. They are excellent too. Overall our stay was amazing and everyone was very very gud at their responsibilities. Will stay here soon again.

It was a very precious time in Sheraton and housekeeping service Ram Babu and front desk Kirti are dedicated ppl and put all their efforts to make my birthday special. Though Rambabu is on a week off he still took my celebration request and personally decorated and presented the room in a very lovely way. It was a wonderful stay with great food and ambiance. I contacted many hotels but didn’t get this kind of receiving. Had a great time at the pool with my hubby. Finally, if any looking for a great stay & for special moments to celebrate pls opt Sheraton and thanks a lot Ram Babu & Kiriti for nice decoration and making my bday so special. Love you.

I planned my Husband's birthday stay in Sheraton. The experience was amazing. We got free room upgrade from the Sheraton team. Their service is unmatched, very fast, super hygienic, maintain all the covid protocols, food quality was awesome, the best part was customization done as per our requirement without compromising the quality. Location is also great. Worth staying!

Amazing and beautiful property. Had the best of 2 days and no complaints. perfect for a staycation. would definitely refer friends and family to stay here. Loved the hospitality a lot.. Zeka on 10th floor serves amazing alcohol and they took good care of us.

Sheraton is by far the most cleanest hotel i have stayed in the entire Hyderabad, there were few options in the breakfast buffet i assume that could be due to the covid pandemic, the staff were friendly, i personally loved the bed and pillows
