There are two problems which seemed to be long term issues which the hotel is not addressing. 1. The TV in the room is just for show. There is not a single channel being shown. Even free channels ... 2. In spite of constant reminder, their A/C was working only on Blower mode. during my check out, manager said that it could probably be A/C problem. Since the windows are sealed, the room was like oven. Though rooms are clean and stayed only for the day, the stay was unpleasant.

Good hotel for business short stay. Staff is pleasant and helpful. Rooms are not very big but clean. Toilet is clean and good size. Furniture and bed is old and may be needs upgradation. Pantry is small but useful. Breakfast spread is just sufficient. must try once. Room tarif is a bit higher.

Most humble and supportive reception staff . Guided well about the locations and ways to reach. Breakfast had a great choice with proactive services by the lady.Location is superb near ulsoor lake and 1Mg road mall. Enjoyed steam bath and Jacquisie . Happy to be there .

It was one of the best hotels i had visited so far,Though finding it could be a little tricky if one is not familiar with bangalore but the room and the super courteous staff would cover up for it.

pleasent stay and clean neat rooms and near to mg road and center of the bengalore. breakfast also good here. free brakfast and sverything good here. concern: no balcony and no sunrises in room.

very close to the airport ..but out of city limits ...swimming pool is good ..limited Nonveg options in buffet ...they should give free shuttle between hotel to airport..

stay was good. only concern is they are not serving lunch, Local quality AC (Power Cell brand) doesn't cool the room. Staff is courteous and ready to help all the time.
