AVOID THIS PLACE If u r coming with familyPros- beautiful newly constructed building and good view of surrounding. Food is very tastyPlay area for kids there and staff Rahul from asaam was very cooperative Cons- lot manyManager Mr lalchand is quite uncooperative he simply doesn't know the rules of travel industry that they should be slightly flexible with families with kids and elderly people. he refused to provide plain omelet or pranthas in breakfast buffet which was quite surprising for me. rest of staff was well behaved and night time manager provide me good dinner buffet options Ala carte prices are like as if it is 5 star property and buffet have very limited variety specially breakfast was quite poor and they don't even adjust or provide any single item from live kitchen. parking is full of mud due to rainy season and wallet is not offered. pool was not clean again due to rainy season. this place if FAR AWAY from any food joint or tourist place and takes atleast 45 mins for kullu or manali spots. Probably this hotel is preferred by school trips as both days students were there and hotel was unable to segregate students and family group and it was bit messy. we stayed in room no 104 and exhaust fan of bathroom was not working and it was stinky smell. They tried to clear drain but bad smell never went off completely CRUX- AVOID IF U Planning with FAMILY. Overpriceduncooperative manager. not suitable for family with kids and elderly people as they r inflexible. hotel seems more interested in attending students groups rather than family tourists.
