My booking was from 30th to 31st December and I reached on 31st in early morning as i missed my Bus and I have to reach at destination with anoter bus. The hotel staff didn't allow me to check in. Even they were not allowing to get fresh as I was arrived early morning. The staff is soo rude. They don't have manners how to talk with customers. One of their staff member was drunked and didn't allow me to check in. Very bad experience. . Don't book this hotel anytime.

This hotel is absolutely superb, the staff are friendly, helpful, full of local knowledge and go the extra mile. The facilities are cleaned daily, dormitory is spacious, air conditioned, free wireless internet in the lounge with some computers also connected to the internet also they have restaurant. Recommended this hotel.

The hotel wasn’t hygienic.Hospitality was not at all pleasing There were cockroaches all over no room service given staff was not friendly and the washroom was very dirty tap was leaking water all over we were unsatisfied with the stay we ask you to grant us compensation

Very v worst experience stay in Shiv inn hotel. Never suggest to any one to stay in pune dapodi. Picture look at the time of booking is exactly opposite in actual hotel. NEVER STAY IN HOTEL SHIV INN.

the worst hotel (actually it's lodging). surely not recommended for single women traveler. room was full of very strong fishy smell. towels were used not even washed. wardrobe is not at all wardrobe.

one of the most horrible staff I have ever seen, I will never recommend anyone to go to that hotel. inspite of confirmed booking they refused to give us room, what more one can say about hotel.

Basically, It's a lodge. It was nearby hospital where our father was admitted. So from that point of view, it was approachable to us and good. Staff was good.
