The approach road of the hotel was pathetic, had much difficulty to locate at the time of arrival. Hotel staff hadn't picked up the phone to guide us. The hotel is located inside a mohalla, very narrow street. Room service is pathetic. After food order they arrange cooks for meal. During full stay they couldn't manage to run TV(tata sky). Even for drinking water they took much time to provide the same.

Nice hotel, decent room, and great well behaved staff!! Although the approach road to the hotel is narrow but it's enough for a new driver (i.e. me) as well. Didn't faced any challenge in locating the hotel. The hotel staff will park your car properly so no worries on that as well. Overall had a nice stay and will recommend everyone. 1. Safe and Secure2. The property is in a good location, and the hotel staff is also very well behaved, but the food service needs improvement. Also, the facilities provided in the rooms need improvement. For example, the TV was not in working condition.

Had a great time staying at Shiv Rudraksh resort. The property is right next to Ganga ji, the view from the terrace is phenomenal. The location is amazing.

away from the city no proper entry/road. rooms are small, bathroom just a pigeon hole, no cleaning, what it looks at application, no ware near.
