very bad experience in hotel, flash is no work ,room is very small,hotel wale ka behaviour bhut he rudely hai, Pata nahi kon baat ka itna attitude hai ,baat karne ki bilkul tamij nahi hai . hotel grand ,or makhai vin vinte rahta hai, na pani ka subodh hai, na koi service milega, ise worst hotel me nahi dekhi,or bolne par aap se misbehav karege ,or bolte hai Aap jaha bhi kiye unse baat karo . Mujhe is worst hotel ke liye 6000 ke lagbhag payment karna para , no towel, no duswin,no Shop, no water. agar koi person is hotel me stay karte hai inka life ka sabse bara bhool hoga.

Worst worst and worst first of all it’s located in slum area in ooty near to this hotel chicken and beef shops are there , I booked rooms here based on previous reviews but after I went see the rooms I disappointed, I booked rooms for two days via online, but vacated before one day, And rooms are very small and very bad smells and many bedbugs, and bedspread, pillows and blankets are not washed so dirty So please avoid this hotel and nearby hotels in this location.

Beautiful hotel, situated at very nice location Opp Railway Station, Peyton`s road in Ooty in 211 m from the centre. Parking space is available for vehicle owners. Food and drinks delivery in a room on demand is available

Positive is hotel is opposite to railway station and near to ooty bus stand.Room and building is old one,no lifts & hot water available.positive review only for the location of hotel Its so funny and memorable days

The location of the hotel is Good but there is one problem the hot water comes only in the morning 7-10 am only and for the rest of the day.
