It was a royal experience for me and my wife. The resort is designed in an ancient way, mixed with modern art. Every corner looks elegent. The staff is very very supportive and take your needs on priority. We were upgraded to Kanchan Mahal on our request. It is a big room with royal setup. They also arranged free bonefire and cake for us. Entry and exit of guest is done in a special way. They will make you feel special all the time. It is a big palace. There is a pool side area where it is pleasent to have a walk in night. Food is very good with authentic taste maintained. Service is very fast. They take feedback after each service. Overall it was above expectations. A total 5 star royal experience while staying at Shiv Vilas. I strongly recommend it for couples.
