The hotel was as expected .. they gave pick up and dropped the railway station ..the room was also good .. when we reached, the room was not cleaned.. we waited outside the room .. but that was not a big problem. After entering the room I was satisfied .. and the food they provided was very good.. the hotel staff was also good .. would recommend this hotel to stay ..🙂

Every was so good. Good staff. We ordered twice from the menu and food was so good in taste. Chef made sure to maintain proper hygiene by cover food items properly. House keeping staff was very helpful and professional. I asked for water at 2 am and they came in few minutes. Overall experience was so nice. Next time for sure it will be my go to property.

I was order food and food is good taste and quality..the hotel was open 24*7 and food was also good..all necessary items are available near the hotel.it close to the bus stand and railway station so easy for business and travelers to rest and go.

A good property,well kept,could be even better, right in the center of the city,we are lucky to be here on the weekend,enjoy the stay shiv Vilas hotel.the service was so good,rooms are very clean.. bedsheet also new washroom were near and clean.overall a good experience...I will definitely suggest this hotel for everyone
