Meet expectations. Shivneri Valley View is itself a tourist point in Matheran. I booked two rooms for my family and I am satisfied with the service and ambience. Must say value for money. Bhaskar bhau is one of the kind and down to earth person I have ever met. He himself a map of Matheran, he knows inside out. He will guide you properly. it was a nice experience to stay at the shiveneri valley view hotel...the stay completely describe the valley view...the hotel staff are gud, quite and fast responding...the owner of the hotel is also a very gud guy, he helps u to explore the Matheran...the food provided is also very delicious...I definately recommend this hotel to others also...and also we wish to visit here again...

It was really an amazing experience to stay here. Located in main market but away from crowds and with a fascinating valley view. The property owner Bhaskar ji is a very humble person and helps with every possibility. He owns a very good pure veg restaurant with good food quality too. This place is a must stay for people from various groups.

Owner was very cooperative. Hot water was a available whenever requested. However, we were disappointed as soon as we entered room, Outside area was so stinky that It was very difficult to spend time outside room due to surrounding area and bad smell. Quality of cushions and bed was average... Not at all value for money.

Location saves the face of the host. Otherwise it hardly satisfies a famiy as it lacks basic amenities as regulular running water even the cold, decent bedsheets or towels. Host responds quick if one can catch him at the otherside of a ph call everytime one needs any room service.

Hotel is so good.. stands by its name valley view..u will get the most mesmarised view in morning..room service is good..food is good..worth the stay..will return again.. N credits to bhaskar bhau for being there 24/7 for room service..

It was a wonderful stay. Property was very well kept and maintained. Rooms were neat and clean. Host was polite and cooperative. Food taste and quality was good. Location was not that good but the view from the property was awesome.

This is a low budget hotel having 3 rooms in total to accommodate. If you are looking for option just for night stay and not intending to spend much day time in hotel they go for it.

It is very feasible to reach here from main market. The owner has his own restaurant too so you can order things directly from there. Overall the stay is good at reasonable price.
