Location :- superb location , front view of lake & on Mall road. Room:- very neat &clean spacious , feel good toilet. Restaurant :- varieties of food ,testy , spacialy pure veg. and hygienic with excellent serve . Services :- what you need provide on a single call . Staff :- are very courteous & efficient well mannered . SPL thanks to Goibibo provide me /suggest me for the hotel on good discount . I highly recommend to stay in hotel Channi Raja .

location is very good.....view from room is very good.....hotel staff is very helpful.....specially DhaniRam.....food was good.....bathroom needs some maintenance......its not up to the mark for this level of property......and rooms are a bit smaller.....anyways.....it was very good experience in this amount of money........

my experience at hotel shivraj was positive. the view of nainital lake from my deluxe room was outstanding. however, i did notice that the water bottles provided seemed old; they should have offered packaged water bottles instead. other than that, everything was satisfactory. the staff was also helpful and polite.

its good. very suitably located. take lake view room on top floor. food and tea served is good. they can improve by giving at least mineral water which they give on payment. otherwise there was water kept in a glass bottle which seemed to be old. room was cozy. room service is ok.

View is nice and service is also good, Very coperative staff. Room size is adequate and well furnished but washroom's privacy could be better. Only one window which is 2-3 feet from ground if you open for ventilation, one can see easily from outside. Otherwise all good......

the stay was excellent as the lake view room was awesome very beautiful from the room lake can be seen view is awesome from room and terrace. the room was neat and clean and the washroom were very clean too.hot water was available 24by7. it was an excellent stay

location of the hotel is superb, very cooperative staff, well behaved. we checked in early and still got room in the morning. Food also was delicious. U can book the hotel if u want the perfect location at a reasonable price.

very nice view. all rooms are Lakeview rooms. has a nice seating area out on the balcony. staff was nice and caring. clean washroom. blankets and towels can be cleaner but that's a tricky one. need to ask for a fan/heater.

The hotel is at very prime location, everything is just at walking distance away, room was very clean and comfortable, we checked in early in morning and still got the room, they didn't charged extra for early check-in.

The stay was extremely comfortable and staff was well trained and courteous. The food was homely and well cooked. Location was in extreme center of mall road. We had a wonderful and cozy stay. It was worth every penny.
