It was such a great stay.. hotel was good but the location was the best and also the staff made it worth living.. they all were so helpful.. Kaul Singh, Satish and dont remember the other names but they all were so kind. Food was so fresh and yummy food from their restaurant. Shimla Church was just 5 minutes walk from the hotel and Jakhu temple ropeway was the adjacent building to the hotel.. Definitely, this hotel is going to be our next time hotel

Amazing Staff, Polite service and perfect location. Rooms are spacious and have all the amenities. Probably one of the best properties in Shimla. Special mention to Satish and Kaul Singh Room, privacy, courteous staff, and view from the hotel. All of it is well managed

Check-in experience and property was good. Kuldeep Singh, who came to pick up very down to earth people and was very polite. The room was cozy, with a beautiful mountain view. It was good that, they picked up their customer from the Mall Road lift.

The overall experience was good. The hotel is located approximately close to all major points. Clean rooms and good service. Staff Pankaj, Satish and Vijay are very helpful and cooperative. I would definitely recommend a stay here.

It was such a nice experience to stay here. We booked a room but there was no outside view. The staff was so kind to give us an upgrade without any charge to a room with view and best amenities. The food and ambience was perfect 💯

great hotel and service. quite close to mall road, but the climb back up can be taxing for people not used to it. doesn't have an elevator, so keep that in mind if that is an issue. didn't try the food.
