*Horrible Experience - Avoid This Hotel at All Costs!* I wish I could give this place zero stars. This hotel was an absolute disaster. The room smelled musty, wasn’t cleaned, and had a muddy foot mat. Everything was broken, the bathroom was all in poor condition, and the curtains were burnt. The pictures they posted online were completely misleading—the room looked like a slum. The staff were rude and unhelpful. Avoid this place at all costs! There are plenty of other good hotels in and around the area, so please look for them instead.

First of all, it is not a 3 star hotel. Not felt safe for the family. Everything was broken, including toilet seat, beds, taps, furniture. Old and spotted bedsheets, beds infested with spiders and bugs. Felt humiliated infront of my family for booking it. Room service was equally bad and rude, especially the food service. Only pro for this hotel was the proximity with the Railway Station.

बहुत ही गलत अनुभव।रूम में टीवी है पर सेटअप बॉक्स नहीं है बार बार कहने के बाद भी सुधार नहीं। रूम का छत वारिस में छत सिलिंग उठाया है।लैट्रिन में लैट्रिन होने के बाद पानी छूने की कोई व्यवस्था नहीं है।लैट्रिन में सिर्फ एक मग है स्नान कीजिए या लैट्रिन होने के बाद पानी छुईए।महाकाल फिर ऐसे होटलों से बचाए।

The property is great & all the rooms here were fab & the services which were provided to me were great as well. The staffs were very good too. They even provided complementary breakfast, all the meals I had here was good too. Overall I had great time here.

No Telecom, No Wifi, Ac not working even Though chgs of Ac Room were taken,Washroom very Dirty, Even after several Reminders Not cleaned.Hot water to drink given in plastic bottles instead of steel jug...But At the End Staff was very polite...

My overall stay was not good in the property. Water pipe was not working and there was no proper water supply. The fountain was also not working. The hotel service was very bad. My stay was not at all value for money.

The bedsheets was dirty else everything thing was good. Budget friendly, near to Ujjain railway station and 1 km for Mahakaleshwar Temple.
