I had checked in to this hotel, around 10pm, the managing staff asked for full payment, in advance, which I paid for Superior room & went out for dinner, when we came @ night switched on the ac but, to my expectations it didn't worked which I reported to staff, many times. they didn't had proper serviced rooms, not even any other room was provided by them, it was a nightmare in the hotel & ever since early morning many people came to the corridor and knocked on our room gate, as their was a marriage in the hotel. the front desk staff was even worse, they didn't even appolgise & regret on the situation. worse management & staff (pic attached) I will never recommend this hotel, Even if it is the last option in bareilly.

It was the worst experience. The AC wasn't working the whole night. They were having some kind of function in the hotel but the noise was so loud that we were not able to sleep and in small intervals, someone knocks the door. The staff was not cooperative, we called them many times but they were not coming to help. The property location is not proper in the google map. I would love to give them zero ratings.

today I am visit at shree Mahaveer hotel and it was rust experience ever I have face.. . but I never seen very bed amenities and services experience even I feel it was totally waste of money . I want cancel this booking but I can because I have already paid room rent and time is also late night so i can't change . but in future i can't refer this hotel ...

Hotel was good but there were certain things which they could have worked on are like the ac in our room was not working properly, neither the taps in the washroom were in proper condition even there were no channels of my choice in the TV, though the services they provided were good but the staff behavior was a bit weird.

very poorly manged and maintained Property, I stayed in room 111, water was sepping in room and bathroom also, must have been of sewer,, 24 hours a day, only good this was serving staff, very gentle and helpful
