The hotel room had good space and other facilities were good. It had a large gallery too. The interior of the room and hotel was good. It is located in a good location near Indore highway so it was good for us. It has really good food options like Ganga Restaurant and Parvati Cafe in the same building as well as near it which is beneficial. One thing which was a little odd was they did not call us even though we checked in late as the full amount was paid earlier. This should not be their stance. They should ask us where you are, when will you check in? Are you stuck in a problem while travelling etc. Rest everything was good. Ambience, connectivity, parking, lift, good price were some of the factors.

such a bad hotel , they said that they provide free breakfast but actually they do not , breakfast they claim to provide from other restaurant which is not linked with the hotel, the hotel staff says that breakfast come at your room only with limited food options they don't provide buffet breakfast, also the washrooms are very bad and smelly and not big enough according to price range . We booked a suite room which we cost very much but amenities are not good according to price, it's not worth it, switches were broken , toilet seats were not in good condition.

Plus points - Neat and Clean hotel, In Nankhdea area and eateries are all around. Shri Ganga restaurant is just opposite to hotel. Around 4 kms from Mahakaleshwar temple. Minus Points - Do not have restaurant of their own. No electric kettle. Construction going on so had difficulty locating the entry to the hotel. Free breakfast means Poha, Samosa,Kachori and Sandwich although the breakfast was quite tasty

Bathroom is not good.they arrange food from nearby restaurants as per your order.but if something is unavailable they won't call and inform you.your time would b waste, so much time they take to give ur food.cleanliness is expected,not happy. we paid for 2 nights, but no table in room ,less amenities. overall bad experience. Building is under construction.

It was awesome stay at shree palace hotal..i would recommend to every one. Staff and manager all are very supportive..i liked very much. Whenever i will go ujjain. I will stay agin and again without any confusion. Food and tea both are tasty.thanks again to all staff member

Hotel Shree Palace is really great place to stay if you are in Ujjain for Mahakaal Darshan! Really enjoyed the stay , good ambience , polite staff , spacious room and bathroom , utmost care is given on cleaniness by the owner. Sandeep is most supportive guy! Thanks

The hotel and staff was good. The location of the hotel and getting transport option from their sas awesome. The only thing lacking was washroom was stinking and the dustbins were not cleaned before we entered.
