The room and bathroom is neat and clean. It is located about 4.5 kms from temple. So car is convenient for commuting from temple to hotel. I guess Autorickshaw could be used for commuting. I had booked one room with triple occupancy with booking details on IBIBO website as one double bed and one single bed. However upon checking they showed one double bed and an extra bed to sleep on floor. In bathroom they don't have shaving mirror. This is a slight problem. Otherwise rest of the things are fine.

Ratings for Ganesh Residency is 2. The reasons are for every basic facility we have ask. No professionalism. 1. No hot water facility 2. TV not running for want of network. 3. During power cut we have to request to run generator. 4. No food is available only coffee/tea provided.

you have to go and ask for each of the things towel soap 🧼 They are reluctant to give 2 soaps. Mattress plastic covers are not removedTV is not recharged. Room dont have any telecom facility.. Just one good thing room was clean .

Check In & Stay was hassle free.. Room was big & cleanly maintained... Wanted to give 4 Stars... But for no Amenities were provided like bath towel, soap, etc... need to carry our luggage by ourself...

good lodgeto stay at Dharmasthala, calm atmosphere and staff are good and room is clean. TV not working and no phone provided,but staff responds quickly when we press buzzer

Stay was good and only limited options. No nearby restaurants and even for Tea and coffee. Need to start their own tea and coffee refreshments
