Actually this is not a hotel, this is an rented room acommendation. 1. No reception seat or counter was available. 2. We don't know where is care taker. 3. All facilities available on call after a delay of 30 miniut to 1 hour. 4. Extra razai not provided. 5. Room size are small. 6. No restorent for hotel (because it's a apartment not a hotel). 7. Free drinking water not available. Every bottle is chargeable. 8. Daily cleaning only on after giving keys and calling to care taker. Some good things :- 1. Corridor and gallery was clean. 2. Two Lifts are available and working. 3. Care taker is polite. 4. Parking facility available In front of apartment. Restaurant are nearly available but first tea available after 8 am. Last dinner on 9:30 pm. Otherwise u have to go far.

First of all, the location shared by the app or updated by the hotel owner on the app was totally wrong. I had to ask the right location from the Hotel's point of contact after reaching the shared location. Second, there was no name board, no signage on the hotel building. Third, the bedsheets, blanket and the pillow were not changed and were very untidy, we had to ask them to change all of these. The toilet was smelling bad, they cleaned it up after we reached. Fourth, in the morning the Geyser didn't work, I had to take bath in the cold water itself as I was getting late. Request you to kindly take action on this small small things so that visitors like us can really enjoy without any such hindrances. Thank you.

I stayed in Shri Krishna Divine Vrindavan. Basically it's a service suite and very beautifully designed. The staff was very cooperative and helpful. The room was awesome with all the facilities. My stay was for a short time but I really enjoyed my stay there. The view from room was excellent and worth of the price. It's located in Omaxe Eternity, a best place of Vrindavan and very easily approachable from National Highway as well as Yamuna Expressway. In future definitely visit again. Service apartment atmosphere and Room amenities was too much good. Lush green calm place for stay. Room services was excellent.

Horrible experience. I stayed with family and took 4 deluxe rooms in this hotel. I am fully aware it is a budget accommodation. BUT.....You can't run out of water supply at any cost. You can't have "BIDI" buds in the balcony at any cost. You can't give a room that can't be locked from inside. You can't have a toilet with water leaking from the sprinkler. Other issues(dirty walls and floors, dirty linens) seems so small compared to what I just mentioned above. No house keeping for a 2 night stay at hotel.

The location of hotel shared is different from the location where we were made to stay There was no board of the hotel, no name plate no reception, There was just one boy who was a worker in a restaurant who came in d middle of his work with food and leftovers sticking in his hand to receive usRooms were poor and shabby. There was no room service and the location was remote, we reached there late and that too with family so we had no option but to stay there.

awesome experience with good facilities. easy availablity of great variety of food in the campus. as well as I forgot my luggage in the room at the time of check out and remembered it after 12hrs. I contacted them and they provided full support in that case and sincerely returned the luggage when informed. do visit as it is located at the best compound in the entire vrindavan

room size is very small and I think it will be only 100 or 120 sqft but when I booked the room and they mentioned that room size is 485 sqft. there is not reception area. they provide only room and nothing else. as per room charges, I am not happy. sorry to say, but it's 100% true review from my side. thanks very small size room. so we were facing issues.

I stayed in Shri Krishna Divine Dham, our room was specious and comfortable beyond our expectations, loved the ambience and the facilities,location is perfectly fine and easy to find and secure too. Excellent place to stay and staff was very helpful, they planned our vrindavan dharshan, which is very helpful for us as we visited first time.

The rooms are good and staff is also courteous but they did not provide heaters for all the rooms, there was no hair dryer available but it is written that they provide those amenities. When we asked for extra blanket for our extra mattress, they didn't provide it as well.

Room service very poor ,food quality not good and wash room towel dirty. I am not feel as a hotel this only rain basera just like .I am not recommend any one this rain basera.Very poor and cheap service in this .Please everyone not book this hotel in vrindavan.

फ़ोटो में दिखाया ऐसा कुछ नही था कमरे साफ नही थे बाथरूम भी गंदे थे बेड शीट भी नही थी एक्स्ट्रा बेड पर , ड्राइवर के लिए भी कोई रुकने और ना ही नहाने एवम बाथरूम की व्यवस्था नहीं थी कुल मिला कर जीतने पैसे लिए उसका आधा भी पैसे भी वसूल जैसा नहीं लगा

The size of the room was way smaller.Bedsheet, Kettle & washroom were not cleanThe staff was polite and co-operative.The only good thing what we liked was the society surrounding and balcony view.

Wonderful hotel...very near to vrindavan....good environment and all restaurant near to hotel only...hotel staff as well as owner is too helpful feel like home and having all facility.....

Overall good.. Just keep this in mind that rooms are small but good.. there are shops downstairs.. and most of them deliver the food to your room.. more like a society not a hotel

this is my worst experience in this hotel, no reception, no service, if you want to drink water you have to go outside to purchase, washroom is too dirty, no handle in wardrobe.
