One of the most disgusting places in katra. Owner of this hotel is an illetrate fellow and doesn't know how to speak with customers. He was disrespecting almost every customer standing at reception. He was shouting at customers like anything just for 200 rupees for their extra child. He even locked their luggage and was pointing to a room saying, see i have locked others luggage too who were not paying him extra for their small kids. He was asking customers to bring their luggage from room themselves during checkout. Such a retarted fellow. Could not see any signs of hotel at all. Worst than a dharamshala . One can easily find other places in the same budget where one can get respect and a better place to stay.

One of the most disgusting place in katra. The hotel condition is very poor. No drinking water, no soap, no towels, no landline, no room service and flush not working. Owner of this hotel is a illetrate fellow and doesn't know how to speak with customer. He was pay 200 rupees for children. The hotel manger misbehave with me and my family members also. I am also disappointed with hotel and also goibibo service that can't verify hotel pictures and service.

very good hotel at a very prime location in middle of the market easy to reach ,near to golden temple,hall bazaar, jaliyan wala bagh,bus stand and railway staion,wifi and room service also available,best part is the buffet, and lift .ultra friendly staff

It is a pathetic hotel. 1.Lacks basic hygein 2. Rooms are stinky and bathroom is disgusting 3. No hot water supply 3) even though there could be 2 guest only one towel is given 4) Seems there is noconcept of housekeeping followed in this hotel
