the room was not ready till 2 pm check in time also these were the conditions when i saw the room personally and they asked to wait a lot also there washrooms were water blocked and in ocean suites room the sea view is just in images , just from a corner you will be able to see the sea , no bathtub the room wasn’t ready by the 2 pm check-in time, and i had to wait longer than expected. the bathrooms had drainage problems, and in the ocean suites, the sea view was far more limited than advertised—visible only from a corner, and there was no bathtub. overall, i found the resort highly overrated; the experience didn’t justify the price. i had to push them to prepare the room, and despite having only four ocean suites, they struggled with room management. my stay was average, and i wish i had chosen another property where i could have found a better deal. i would rate my entire stay as 2 stars.

Very pretty property. Rooms were clean and cozy and food was excellent. One suggestion if you are opting for non sea side that means you will get rooms in other wing which is very close to the wing which is attached with restaurant and has closer access to beach area. You have to pay extra for that side which is close to restaurant so please check which room type you need before booking instead later getting confused later and blaming hotel staff. Overall properly is very pretty, clean and super luxurious. Staff was very polite, service was amazing. Saz on the beach restaurant is a hidden gem honestly. We really very enjoyed our stay. My special thanks to Mr. Vasant who has been very helpful in giving us rooms as per our presence on request. I would 100% reconned this.

Good experience at Sibaya. Its really a beachfront property so you can just step down to the Morjim beach which is great. Its not really a resort as outside space is quite limited, just has a small garden. I had booked Tropical rooms without sea view. We didn't like one of the available rooms and Manveer from the reception really helped us and upgraded us to Garden facing rooms which were much better. His handling of our problem was much appreciated and we felt welcomed. Has a very good breakfast so I'd recommend to take the breakfast included package.

best resort in morjim, book premium cottage for better view. easy access to beach. breakfast is very good. but only one thing missing is Indian veg lunch and dinner. only continental is available at the SAZ restaurant. but can find veg restaurant a few metres outside the resort (ISHNA). even if the food is not available at sibaya it's worth the view.

The room given to me was very small. it was the worst in the entire resort, had to fight for another room, which i got after 2 nights. the service was very slow the washroom smelled badANYONE READING THIS REVIEW PLS DO NOT BOOK THIS HOTEL There was nothing apart from the restaurant SAZ which was good abt the resort

We booked classic cottage as others were full. Room was ok ok. Not much clean and spacious. And cottages are on other side of the road. No views ofcourse. The saz club is amazing. Great food in the club, however there was no in-room dining. Bit expensive for the kind of room we had been to.

We had a peaceful stay! Pros : Clean room, one of the best beach view cafe/ restaurant, Clean less populated beach, Helpful Staff ( Gopal was wonderful ) Cons : Breakfast buffet is average, could have been better. Little difficult to reach the destination.

I would say almost nothing is good about this resort except the location of its restaurant SAZ. Very small rooms in a very congested setting. Breakfast spread is average with below average taste. Access road is bad. So overall not a great choice by us.

We were checked in about 20-25 minutes late. We arrived at the property quarter past 3 pm which was an hr after the regular check in time. Still we had to wait. service was just okay. however it was value for money. We struggled to find the property.

Good stay overall but seemed a little pricey considering we booked Ocean suite which did not have a ocean view. But nice play to stay with family which is connected to the beach. Nice cozy place connected to the beach. Nice food.

bad experience.. the rooms aren't at all the worth they're charging for.. stinky bathroom, linens weren't clean n stained.. no maintenance of rooms either. the rooms aren't on beach n war very disappointed with the property..

Don't go for cottages,,they are away from the main hotel..nd yes it's a hotel not a resort!!there are no amenities to do anything all day in the property!!though the service staff was good,, food nd property were not worthy!!

The rooms are not very spacious. Food is great. The property has access to the beach. The tropical room are far from beach and the property layout isolates tropical rooms from the main beach side property.

Apart from the restaurant the resort is pathetic, everything is rusted and dirty . No upkeep of property at all for the money you pay .
