I booked this hotel via goibibo, i was with some of my elderly family members aged between 65 to 70 years, as i reached ahmedabad at 3 am I requested for an early check in as we had a flight for hydrabad at 10 am on the same day, the guy named RAJESH who was at the reception was really an ill mannered guy, he refused to give us room in very harsh words, i said that plz cooperate with us as i have 4 senior citizens with me, rajesh the receptionist said tht he will not provide any room before 9 am, after giving him 4000 rupees he gave us two rooms for five hours, rooms were horrible, soiled toilets and dirty linen,ac was workin with a full noise like diesel engine, bathroom was like hell, leaking taps and dripping showers, In the morning some known relatives of mine residing in ahmedabad came to meet us, but again this rajesh stopped them to let us meet, as he said that they were not allowed to enter in the hotel complex, and this was the end of my patience i called the Gm of the hotel and expressed my anger and talked to the owner and warned to sue them in the court for this behaviour. After all this drama the hotel management reverted the money to me which I paid at morning.

Average...old n jaded..stay only if u need an early morning flight as it's near airport..The hotel is built like a big palace..but don't judge the book by its cover...The rooms need urgent maintenance..n the staff needs to b professional..The super deluxe room r horrible..maybe the suite room r better..skip this one

it's not a hotel , it's a mangalkayraya convereted into hotel . it's in a deep lane location is bad can't find it easily . rooms are small and very basic amenities. No hot water in month of may . No cleaning of room daily .Tower are not provided daily.

hotel is nice I think it's type of RAJA MAHAL GOOD AREA NEAT AND CLEAN ENVIRONMENT GOOD PLAY AREA FOR BABY FOOD IS PROVIDING SERVICE IS LITTLE BITT SLOW BUT ITS OK of you like to stay with family i think it's a little bitt expensive

its a very bad hotel. i booked for my uncle for just night stay of 8 hours and first thing he messaged me after reaching hotel was VERY BAD HOTEL. only good thing its only 5km from airport.

quite place not much of crowd. Nice gardens, they also have a terrace garden if you really are a nature lover. big rooms but need attention. food is pathetic, tea good.. overall adjustable

nice and friendly staff. nice hospitality. the place is heritage building with basic amenities. no lifts, old, bit noisy but powerful ACs, older but spacious rooms. ample parking.

This is a worst to worst hotel I have stayed yet.All toilet fittings are in broken and worst condition . Please don't introduce anyone this hotel.

worst hotel...never even try. AC fitted is may be 20 yrs old. all bathroom fitting leaking. worst linen. I won't stay if offered even free.
