unprofessional attitude, they got annoyed upon our arrival at 2 am, as pre-planned. no pickup or drop facilities. no drinking water at room. tv didn't work. no remote control for ac.torn bedsheet, didn't change even after bringing it to their notice. second day we found some spray on the dressing table. ac vent water outlet was in the bathroom, expreienced dripping near the commode.alloted different room from what was shoen. we choose it for proximity to the railway station.

Old property. Not well maintained. The room was shabby, toilet fixtures below standard. The geyser was left half opened and water kept dripping continuously and its electric connection was also left unsafe. The wall paint was chipped off. Recommend to spend 100-200₹ extra and opt for better nearby options available.

It was a really bad experience. No towel rod, no slippers provided, gallery light wasn't working, bathroom mirror light wasn't working, charging plug was broken ,lift was too old, not at all maintained hotel.. waste of money
