I recently stayed at your hotel and would like to share my experience. While the hotel itself is quite good and offers a comfortable stay, I was disappointed with the behavior of the staff. Unfortunately, I found them to be uncooperative and unprofessional. Despite the pleasant ambiance and well-maintained facilities, the staff's lack of professionalism and willingness to assist guests detracted from my overall experience. Hospitality is a crucial aspect of any hotel stay, and I believe there's significant room for improvement in this area. I hope the management takes this feedback seriously and works towards enhancing the staff's training and attitude towards guests. Addressing these concerns would greatly improve the overall guest experience.

I stayed here for almost 9 days. The hotel staff is very cooperative and has a nice ambience. I never expected this kind of room in Ajmer. everything is totally up to mark. The only thing I didn't like is the dining option, better to pre book lunch/dinner with room otherwise one meal becomes very expensive ordering without pre-book. The food quality is very good & I would love to clap for Mr. chef.

It's a 4 star hotel but serves as 5 star. Such an amazing hospitality. Staffs are absolutely amazing and welcoming. Rooms are top notch quality with ultimate luxury. They serve one of best quality and delicious breakfast with various options. Stayed for 2 nights and had an amazing experience. Best hotel in Ajmer. Best hotel I've stayed so far.

I always prefer to stay in this hotel. First I would like to thank the dining area staff, Mr. chef and dada at the gate. The front desk is still unprofessional. One thing I noticed this time is that they don't favour you even if you are a regular guest. one of the best ambience in Ajmer.

Really good found in Ajmer, located opposite to bus stand. Hotel is very neat and clean. Good hospitality experience start from check inn only. Good Service and meets all your requirements. Additionally food is really tasty.

I don't have pics of hotel. But stay is quite good. Specialy food is excellent. Only one issue I found that tea, mineral water and other menu items are little expensive. But overall it was a good stay.

more ,proper food options can be managed , like chapati with daal , thaali combination. because person from outside city will not eat non basic food as it may upset the stomach
