Located in a bautiful tea plantation with breathtaking views surrounding. Transportation is an issue since its 12km away from Ooty core area. Bringing private car is suggested or else cars can be available in rental basis for sightseeing. Conveyance is very costly because of this transportation issue. Food is really good at reasonable price, staffs are well behaved and helpful. If budget is not an issue, this place is one of the best place to stay near Ooty and far from city Chaos.

Overall experience is good..they need to improve on maintenance especially bathroom. Food was nice and keep it up. Staff are really helpful and nice behaviour. Faced issue in network coverage, if someone need coverage always need to check with hotel team before booking. They are providing WiFi but I faced some issues while staying there and they offered another room to solve the issue. Conclusion is stay and food was good con was network coverage and WiFi.

The property is 13 km away from the main city. There is no adequate of transport facilities hence it is difficult to reach the property. Apart from the transport issue everything was just fine in this resort including the services and the facilities provided. The food quality was pretty decent.

Over all,it was amazing experiences in silver bett resort. The room, staff, food and each everything is really good. Also cheap in rate from the bottom of our heart we are fully satisfied with the stay in Silver Bett Resort,Ooty..We will definitely visit again...wishing them all the very best

Good and scenic located.Room amenities are good.The bed linen given us is not good and found stains on them. Found as not properly washed. The food arrangement is very good.Seriving hot and tasty food. The Fulka is very good and the curry is tasty. Staff behaviour is very good.

Location and ambiance were good and convenient to reach, there is no problem with the food it was good, the swimming pool was not available, the garden area was small, security wise it was safe to stay.

The internal road towards hotel is in very bad condition(1.5km), otherwise the hotel is good. The location is really good ,around 30 mins drive to ooty town.
