the location is nice, next to the lake, with beautiful view from the balcony. a little isolated, so away from the crowd. however that means only hotel food, is available. nothing else nearby. food quality and quantity is good. courteous and helpfull staff. always available to help you out. bonfire is subject to weather(we couldn't enjoy due drizzle). currently trekking is also not allowed due covid. it's awesome place to relax and chill with your family and loved ones. the location along with the privacy , safety, environment and helpful staff.

Very good staff behaviour. They even changed our room after a day coz we didn like our balcony view and wanted Lake view, provided there is availability. It is around 4kms from banasura dam and roads were good till the hotel premises. The food was also good but very expensive as compared to what is available outside, that being the nearest hotel is 4km away from the hotel. Overall stay was good and I will recommend it to others just for the relaxing view just outside your room.

First and foremost, I would love to thank the staffs who were very polite and helpful. Second, I met Faizal one of the staff members who was really an amazing personality. The hotel is situated in between the lushy green mountains and forest.. The view of the lake and forest was mesmerizing from the balcony and this was my best ever trip of all where I kept admiring the beauty of nature from the room itself. The Best hospitality, food and the location ❤️

The stay at the wood house was very nice , the ambience was nice , I dont know much about the other rooms of this resort. The guys at the reception were very friendly and helpful, even the staffs too... the rooms were very clean. Obviously the room itself !!
